Join us for an unforgettable evening at our inaugural gala event in support of the founding of Chesterton Academy of the Immaculata. It will be a night where literature, philosophy, and the spirit of G.K. Chesterton come alive! We are thrilled to present a unique experience featuring celebrated author Dr. Peter Kreeft and renowned G.K. Chesterton impersonator John Walker. Prepare to be captivated by their engaging discussions and performances that delve into the timeless themes of faith, reason, the human experience and the importance of Catholic education.

OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Dr. Peter Kreeft
We are honored to have Dr. Peter Kreeft, often referred to as the ‘Chesterton of our time,’ speak at our inaugural gala. Dr. Kreeft is a professor of philosophy at Boston College. A convert to Catholicism, he is a renowned author and speaker of nearly 100 books on Christian philosophy, theology, and apologetics. His works include Socratic Logic, Confessions of a Cafeteria Catholic, Back to Virtue, How to be Holy: First Steps in Becoming a Saint, and Prayer for Beginners. His most recent publication is a four-volume series, Socrates’ Children: An Introduction to Philosophy from the 100 Greatest Philosophers, including G.K. Chesterton.

Prof. John Walker
Prof. John H. Walker has been an award winning professional actor in film, television and theatre from London to Los Angeles for over 40 years. He left Hollywood for reasons of faith and wrote a one-man show portraying G. K. Chesterton, called "The Golden Key," for EWTN. Prof. Walker teaches Theatre at Franciscan University in Steubenville, OH, where he lives with his family when he's not touring his one-man show or filming his series “Chesterton Station,” currently in its 10th season on EWTN.

From 5:30-6:00pm, a limited number of guests will have a chance to meet Dr. Peter Kreeft during a book signing event, and mingle with Chesterton himself (portrayed by John Walker). There are a limited number of tickets available for this pre-event.
Included in the purchase price is a copy of Peter Kreeft's fourth book in his series Socrates' Children, featuring G.K. Chesterton. Guests will also enjoy an open bar.
